Every time I order from Rossatis I get excellent service. On Saturday I ordered a large deep dish pizza, a large hand tossed pizza & an order of 24 wings. On Saturday I didn’t have my car because it was getting fixed so I asked them to deliver my food. They told me that it would be about 45 to 50 minutes for me to get my order. Food is always delicious. We order at least once a week. This time I ordered 1/4 with green pepper and mushrooms. The girl called me back and asked if it was onions or mushrooms and I said mushrooms and green peppers. I picked up the order and went home. The 1/4 was green pepper and onion. I called just to make them aware and I didn't expect or want them to make another pizza. We just didn't eat that part. They will give me 25% off on my next order. I wasn't expecting that.
