Consistently undercooked, and the service is genuinely terrible. No hate for the employees who are just trying with what they got, but management needs to step up and schedule a front worker who is bilingual to be on the clock while the restaurant is open. The cooks that come up to take over are regularly confused by English and so fast to do whatever that they will undercook whatever it is. …..can’t say I wanna even give one star. Called to order and the lady put me on hold, no big deal….except she just set the receiver down and I could hear everything. I waited on hold for 7 minutes and in those minutes she helped 3 new people for the first 5 then it was silent for 2 minutes and then she greeted someone new and asked if she could help them.
