Foods good, service is terrible. I was asked if I could be put on hold, no problem, until I was on hold for 14.5 minutes while I drove from Red Bluff. After listening to the workers on the phone the whole time, I arrived at the store to find out they left me on "hold" so they didn't have to listen to the phone ring. She also told me they don't need my business. There were 2 customers there when I arrived. Here's why I'll never go back: they didn't have to hang up on me, they could have been honest. They could have said sorry, we're busy (even if it wasn't sincere). I get it. Food service sucks. But treating people poorly isn't the answer. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Not sure what’s going on with Rodger’s. Used to be a great place to get a burger but now I have been there twice in one week before 6:00 PM and they have been closed. I drive 15 miles one way for nothing. Kind of disappointing. I won’t be going back. It’s a shame after 20 years I have frequently gone there. Meal type Other
