We had a group of 5 for dinner. Our service was prompt, friendly, and welcoming. Everything was clean, the music was upbeat, and we got there before it got busy. Our food was FANTASTIC! Two of us had the Enchiladas Verdes with brisket, refried beans. Two others had the Burrito de Asada, one with refried beans and one with black beans. Our fifth person had the Burrito de Pollo. The food is refreshingly different with an artistic flare. Plates of food do not resemble the standard layout of the chain Mexican restaurants. The food is artfully arranged & tastes as good as it looks. The service is personable & friendly with a tiny wait . . . but well worth it. Atmosphere? Intimate & pleasing to the eye. Clean. Super important, restrooms are fresh, neat & clean as well. Rio Grande Taqueria is now our go to eateries in The Dalles, OR. Enjoy!
