The ambiance creates a welcoming and vibrant experience, while the menu boasts a variety of flavorful dishes that truly capture the essence of Mexican cuisine. We had the sizzling fajitas, and feliz enchiladas, the flavors were very good and well thought out. The combination of great food and a wonderful atmosphere makes Rio Grande a must-visit spot in Lincoln for a memorable dining experience. Not to mention the pitcher sized sodas. Great idea.
