Ein gemütliches, lockeres Restaurant mit ausgezeichnetem Essen. Unsere Erwartungen wurden wirklich übertroffen. Wir assen 7 Gänge und wirklich jeder einzelne davon war super lecker. Bisher kam es selten vor dass mir wirklich jeder Gang in einem Restaurant richtig gut geschmeckt hat. Wir waren sehr begeistert und werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen. Absolutes Sterne Niveau. Ein wunderschöner Abend im Waers in Roermond. Das Fine Dining Restaurant liegt in der Innenstadt von Roermond und damit auch noch fussläufig von Outlet. Von der Begrüßung über Apero bis zu allen einzelnen Gängen war es unvergessliche vier Stunden. Das Lokal hat von Michelin einen Bib Gourmand und dies nicht zu Unrecht: Sieben Gänge plus diverse Grüße aus der Küche und sensationelles Brot für aktuell 89€. Wir hatten das große Glück, am letzten Samstag des alten Jahres noch einen Tisch ohne vorherige Reservierung zu bekommen. Und der Besuch hat sich wirklich gelohnt! Der Empfang war freundlich, der Aperitif und das feine Menü mit den korrespondierenden Getränken großartig und der Abschied herzlich. Das Restaurant trägt die Gault-Millau und Michelin Empfehlungen völlig zu Recht aus unserer Sicht. Wir haben den Abend rundum genossen und schauen gerne wieder bei unserem nächsten Besuch in Roermond vorbei. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

In one word, we thought the dishes were fantastic and of high quality! Yet we only give four stars. We found the service inconsistent with the food. We sat close to the open kitchen and heard a lot of the conversations in the kitchen. And in our opinion the service was just too free and not really a hostess. Example: We didn't think the reception was entirely okay. You enter a hall/corridor with a door and glass windows and the hostess and kitchen staff are all staring at you. Instead of receiving you and welcoming you. One person serving in a busy shop seems insufficient to us. In such a restaurant, we believe the owner should have a more prominent role in terms of contact with the guests. Very unfortunate because once again the food is really fantastic!
