Super lovely place! We stayed at Van der Valk hotel and the intention was to only eat here the first night. we loved it so much that we dinned there two evenings in a row. The menu is simple, not too many options.. and yet by mix and matching you can create many different meals Loved their homemade amaretto. Zo wat hebben wij hier lekker gegeten. Leuk concept om alles op vegetarische basis op de menu kaart te zetten en als je vlees of vis wilt bij te betalen. Alles goed op smaak en ben zelf (moment opname kan natuurlijk van het menu af zijn) verliefd geworden op de bieten millefeullie en de combi met de saus! Wat een prachtige combi. Boven verwachting! We hadden een goed vegetarisch restaurant verwacht, maar het was boven verwachting goed. Bediening is vriendelijk en doet goede aanbevelingen. Als we weer eens in Middelburg zijn, zullen we hier zeker terugkeren. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
