Restaurant Poseidon Restaurant en Laufen

I had the opportunity to visit Restaurant Poseidon in Laufen during my vacation in Bavaria and I must say that I was left with mixed feelings. On one hand, the food was quite good and the portions were generous, however, I was quite disappointed with the service. The wait time for the food was quite long and when the food arrived it was not as ordered. When we complained to the waiter (who also happened to be the owner of the restaurant), he agreed to bring the correct order but it took 45 minutes in the end. The meat dish had gone cold by then. The owner didn't even acknowledge our complaint and charged us for the meal anyway. We noticed similar complaints from other tables as well. To sum up, the food was average and the service was poor. The interior of the restaurant was also quite run-down and in need of cleaning or renovation. All in all, I wouldn't recommend this restaurant.
