As for the hotel, it is rated 4 stars. This bothers me as i have been in better 3 star hotels but stars are awarded based on many factors like parking space, restuarant table and chair numbers, and other facilities. Based on our experiences with hotels and taking into account the current covid measures this hotel did not meet expectations. To be clear, the hotel was clean and ok. The undermanned staff were absolutely professional and did what they could to accommodate the heavy load of people due to the cheep voucher deals the company made availible. The problem was that the company left a very small team of people to fend for themselves. As you are not in anyway close to any town/city center, you have to eat dinner in the hotel. Fine, but if they only place a bare-bone amount of staff in the kitchen then everyone gets their food at least 2 hours later, like us after 21:00.. it shouldn't have te be a problem if they increase the number of staff or let people order thuisbezorgd.nl or other delivery services.. and that they dont do out of company policy. Yes, clearing up pizza boxes migjt be an inconvenience to the hotel, but keeping everybody waiting 2 hours and stressing their undermanned staff to the max is just thinking about money and nothing else. Feel sorry for the staff. They did their best.. We did alrwady buy a second voucher. Choosing a hotel is somewhat of an impossibility as you can only book max 28 days beforehand but when you try 1 minute into that 28 day period, its all booked up..everything, everywhere.. that seems more of a scam than a coincidence.. like everybody is booking 1 minute past midnight??? Not to pleased about this company..
Hotel Rooms are oke. Service at the restaurant can improve. Waiting times to be served are up to an hour, waiters avoid your table by giving their back to you all the time while passing nearby. Could be they are understaffed, and the waiters might not have the blame. But the service was very out of balance with the price payed. It gave a not welcoming feeling.

Rooms are functional and comfortable enough. Quite a small bar area but a large restaurant. We enjoyed a 3 course evening meal for c. 30euros each. When checking out the receptionist insisted I hadn't paid in advance for the room even though I was able to show her my credit card statement which showed I had. It was only when I gave the the exact date and time the hotel had charged my card that she went away and found a paper record which confirmed I had indeed paid. Annoying to have to spend time sorting this out.

Very old and uncomfortable room. When we came, we saw from outside directly not good feeling. Building and paint are totally dark. More surprise when arrive in our room ( superior ), it' s like old room from hospital. ||||Furnitures are so old, bathroom is big but not nice.||||This hotel needs big renovation....really !

Reasonably priced hotel on the outskirts of the small town of Naaldwijk. The rooms are of good size for European standard, the beds comfortable, the bathroom is clean. The location of this hotel is probably fine if you have a car, but without it the town centre is a good 15-20 minute walk away. The hotel restaurant serves a tasty food and the set meal price of 29 euros for 3 courses is a good bargain. Service is friendly, although somewhat struggling to cope when the restaurant is busy. But as nobody is in a hurry around here, a little wait for the next course iisn't a problem. In summary, this place is definitely value for money, delivers what it promises, but will not set the (travel) world on fire :)

My onenight stay in this hotel proved to be very good. Great staff, good location and clean rooms. If this hotel wants to go the extra mile, a small renovation would be necessary. |The restaurant looks great, tasted great and the helpful staff were happy to help with my requests.||Would recommend!
Kinda old looking. Rooms are tired, really need a fresh coat of paint and some new furniture, and carpet stuck in the 70s... Deco in general needs refreshing. Restaurant took forever to bring me a mediocre burger with frozen fries... The beer on tap is great though. Small restaurant room with 3 waitresses but service is very slow. Pricey as well. The ambiance is homogeneous with the rest. Kinda sad place to stay in, even for a business stay. They could be way better, with some TLC and faster service.
