Food was good, couple substations we asked for weren't really there as was not told that the couldn't be done. Our waitress Tori was very lackluster!! Never checked on us once to see if the food was ok or anything for that matter. Never communicated that the substations we asked for weren't able to be done, just dropped the plates off and only came back when we were done eating and at that point I just wanted the check. I will never sit down in this restaurant again, but will use their order pick up Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5

The waitress didn't bother asking about refills, I sat there for about a half an hour while my family continued to eat with an empty plate and glass. Waitress was AWOL most of the time. Definitely still struggle to keep up with the people request. Food was good but waitress is still learning, she forgot a few things and definitely forgot to check in on us. I'm sure with time she will get better but if you go make sure to clear you're schedule. It takes time here. We went to dinner at this Red Robin last night and was less than pleased. Outside of burger bun covered in grease and the knife that they stab into the burger was completely greasy handle and all. The fries were greasy and soggy. The burger did taste good. When we were finishing up and I had more then half a burger left on my plate the waitress tried to just take the plate until I stopped her and asked for a box since there was still most of the burger there. She was very nice but seemed to be rushing to clear our table even though there were only about five other tables occupied in the whole restaurant. Overall was the worst red robin I have been to. Food was skimped out for burger toppings and we ordered extra crispy fries. I understand we were late but they would not have been soggy if they had been extra crispy. I know I sound like a karen but 40 dollars in food and a 16 dollar burger in itself should have more than 2 inches long of brisket meat on it. Not impressed. I enjoyed this visit to Red Robin. Five of us stopped for dinner while having a quick overnight in Portland, Maine. We were shown to a booth and we all immediately ordered drinks, and set to perusing the menu. I ordered a French onion soup which was more tasty and good than what I expected. I had also ordered a Cobb salad which turned out to be huge, actually way more than what I expected. This was delicious but a huge bowl which was way more than what I expected. So I would recommend this Cobb salad to be ordered, to be a meal by itself. Thank you to Red Robin for this great meal. Great server! Super friendly and helpful! When we got home with our food, my medium burger was VERY well done, there were missing condiments on the burger, and I was given very few fries... I was most excited for the fries hahaha I have Celiacs disease and Red Robin is one of the few places where I CAN eat the fries. The quality of food at this location tends to be a hit or a major miss, the hours fluctuate due to a constant need for staff as evident by the nearly permanent "help wanted" signs, and the poor employees always seem to be in a rush and are clearly exhausted. Quite a few times we've been skimped on burger toppings or fries, our last visit they were out of sweet potato fries, which was a bummer, other times our burgers were on the greasier side and warm rather than hot. In the past they had better prepared food, especially compared to other Red Robin joints during COVID, which is one of the reasons that we occasionally give them another chance, as well as the location is easy to get to from the interstate. That aside, what interactions I've had with the staff were always positive, you can tell that they're trying their best to stay bright and friendly and genuine, they're quick to help if need be, they're just overworked.
