Normally a great place. Food was good as always, love the burgers. However, I sat at the bar and the service really was terrible. The young girl with the bright PINK hair was kind of snotty. I asked her for a sour apple martini, and she just said no. I asked her why can't you do a sour apple martini when My friend got one here last night when we are here together? She said because of the glasses are broken. Then she said that must have been just a nap on barrancini not a sour apple. She did make it, and put it in a different glass. But served everyone else at the bar except me. Intentionally ignoring me when I wanted service. STAY AWAY FROM THE GIRL WITH BRIGHT PINK HAIR! Every time we go here, we have such a great experience. If you go, it’s mandatory to get their famous onion ring stack hitch is delicious! They come with 2 dipping sauces with are so good! They are also known for their burgers which you can’t go wrong with. I got the boom boom shrimp and it was so good! Their sweet potato fries are amazing! Definitely ask for a side of syrup or honey mustard to sip them in. I love it here and highly recommend!! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I have never has a bad experience at a Red Robin until we came here. We expected a wait, as we just left an event at Mohegan Sun and I knew it was busy, however we waited half an hour just for somebody to bring us refills. We ended up waiting almost an hour for food and it was cold. The wait stuff was inattentive and kept disappearing. I recommend going to the Dickson City location. Worst experience last night! The servers were not very attentive and when the server would come over she would roll her eyes! The atmosphere was not what I was expecting, and as my party left we witnessed a manager yelling at an employee as my kids and I walked by! We showed up at 8:21 tonight and were seated quickly. There was not a lot of other customers dining. However, the service wasn’t good even though we were waited on pretty quickly. After she took our order, it was almost 40 minutes to get our food (the same order which I have gotten within 15 minutes at other location on a busy night). My fries were stale while my friend’s were fresh and hot. Her salad was okay. There was hardly any dressing, no grated parmesan(which should’ve been there) and the lettuce was soggy. The chicken was good tho. My burger was also pretty good. They were also mopping and vacuuming around us while we were eating over an hour before close. Normally I love Red Robin, avoid this location and go to Dickson City. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

My favorite restaurant chain for burgers. Food quality is consistently very good. Service is prompt and courteous. Atmosphere is great for a lively sports bar. We did curbside pickup and we got there 5 minutes after we placed our order. 2 different people came out to see it we were picking up, making sure we were taken care of. The order said it would be done at 7:20. At 7:15 a girl came out and gave us French fries for having to wait so long even though we planned on it. So so sweet of them. I've gotten the Southwest Chicken salad many times from Red Robin, but not this exact location. The chicken has the sauce drizzled over it instead of a rub, and the dressing was extremely watering. It was still delicious. I ended up here again, same watery dressing, but the chicken was what I would typically expect. There was no avocado on the salad this time around either.
