I love Red Lobster and the variety of seafood and steak options. They have a great rewards system and also a free dessert on your birthday. The store is very clean and the waitress was very friendly and helpful. Shrimp was good, service was slow and my dinner had been sitting a while before I got it. It was just warm. This was at 3pm... they weren't busy! The refills were hot though. My wife and I tried to grab a quick bite before going to the movies we arrived at 7:25pm, we were seated and waited till 7:47pm not even being acknowledged by anyone for drink's, we ended up leaving. The food is usually really good but the service was terrible tonight and there was only a handful of tables. There was a group of employees sitting in the bar just talking. We left the one in Madison heights because it was hectic and slow. There wasn't any wait time. Tom was our server. We never had to ask for anything. He anticipated our every need. The food was hot and fresh. It was an additional 20 drive but well worth it!! Haven't been to any Red lobster in a while since my mom stepped away and retired from the restaurant as the head cook. First time going and my experience was very good from the beautiful tasty biscuits and the food coming out on time. I love Red Lobster’s so I knew the food would be good. And this restaurant lived up to expectations for food quality. Price is reasonable! Friendly staff and they were great! Super fast with refills of drinks made sure we were having a good experience. It was our first time in Rochester and we liked this because it wasn’t too busy and nice atmosphere. Food was old and very dry! Went there for my bday with the family for dinner because after all it is my favorite restaurant although there was no wait our waiter was horrible he was very sarcastic, he kept messing up on our salads so when our food was coming out he becked for them to take it back, I was very disappointed and will never go back, food was cold and when I said something to him he said well things never taste or look like the pictures! My mom had order a lobsterita and he never bought it out!
