I was expecting a wait, as I know how popular this place is - I was happily surprised to be seated instantly. While putting cups of coffee & hot chocolate in the middle of the table, my waitress stated to another waitress that she was tired. This continued when the food was served, but she was very friendly. I have never had a bad experience here! I love the real maple syrup - make sure you ask for it if you want real syrup. Great spot. Great location especially for truckers who don't get real good food or home cooked meal. We spent the weekend in this location ate here twice. Food fresh and high quality grade food. I would've gave 5star but 1st time the customer service was off , maybe because we're out of towners , took awhile to get service and weird looks. But overall a great spot to eat . Cute place in a strip mall close to the highway. We sat at the counter. Everything seemed clean. I had an egg salad sandwich on toast. I would’ve given a higher rating if the bread had actually been toasted, instead of just warmed and cooled enough to have the feel of stale bread instead of toasted bread, that’s a pet peeve of mine. The french fries were nice and crispy. I’d give them a seven out of 10 and there was a really great pie selection though the one we wanted was not available we did take a piece of the Hannah blueberry home to try later. The vibe was great, and amazingly no one in the place was staring at a cell phone, not even the kids! Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
