I am not one to often leave a review, but Rebellion is a must-try! An absolute amazing gem off the beaten path in Danbury. Went for dinner there for the first time and completely hooked! First off, the ambience is chic and comfortable with special attention to that "feels like home" sense. Staff is beyond friendly and professional, exceptional service, and the owners Brian & Timothy are lovely! Also met "mom" Theresa who shared her beautiful family story...Nonna Maria is undoubtedly proud! Also thanks to our great waitress Jonna! The food is incredible...every dish is better than the one before and the fusion of flavors is as if you're eating at a high-end Manhattan restaurant. Bravo to the chef! Should've taken more photos but we had the Wild mushroom and ricotta crostini, Spicy tuna tartare, cacio & pepe caesar salad, Graffiti eggplant parm, and finished off with the lightest limoncello mascarpone cheesecake..."Chef's Kiss"!

The best part of Rebellion is the renovation. The space is absolutely stunning compared to the previous establishment. The food not so much, was cold (some dishes, not all), small portions (for the cost), the polenta tasted like hummus and still unsure what was served as the side to my rib eye - it looked like a wedge potato and a kids flower shaped potato wrapped in a cabbage leaf - it was awful! Service was Mediocre. All in all nothing stood out except the space, menu and food were disappointing. I do hope others have a better experience and wish Rebellion all the best!

Food is top notch, the ambience is great, service is prompt and professional. The food has a special taste and flavor. The limoncello cheese cake was excellent. Definitely will return.
