Our son's favorite restaurant! Friendly service, changing decor, especially classic cars, and a good place to hold working lunches or organization meetings. Typical family restaurant food featuring breakfast all day, specialty burgers, hearty sandwiches and wraps, Greek, Italian, Tex-Mex, and American fare, decent pies, and a few surprises like the broiled whitefish dinner. Service is always excellent with low turnover of staff. They offer a senior citizen discount, but you have to ask for it. Well I've only ever eaten breakfast there. So its all i can rate it on food wise. Their Cinnamon french toast is delicious. I crave it all the time now. The wait staff are wonderful, very friendly but not over top. Comes across as genuine. And the atmosphere is typical all American diner. Its comfortable. Seems clean. I'll be going back for sure. I should have taken pictures but unfortunately I’m not a foodie, and was much too busy stuffing my face with the excellence on my plate. Upon entry the host wasted no time getting me seated and asking what I would like to drink. Shortly after sitting I was graced with the presence of Christie K, my lovely server for the duration of the meal. I had myself one of the classic Omelette’s everyone seems to enjoy, a western. But I’m messy so I had them stuff the hashbrowns inside. Aside this I had myself an Oreo shake to wash it all down, you can judge my combinations if you’d like but I was pleased with the pairing. All in all, I had zero complaints and am offering very high praises to the Rams Horn of Rochester Hills. I do appreciate the great service, friendliness of staff and cleanliness of restaurant. 1st time here at this location. I had The Cowboy Burger. My partner had The Salmon. My burger was cooked to perfection. The fries were good after salt and ketchup. So fries are perfect plain. My partner Salmon good. A bit dry But that's the way He likes it. The baked potato was ok after He added the butter/sour cream to it. Carrots were ok Service was good. The server was ok. She was very attentive to everything but my empty Ice Tea glass. Atmosphere fit the season. Everyone seemed to be enjoying working at This location of Rams Horn. I have been coming to this place for years and I've always been happy with my experience. The waitresses here are exceptionally friendly. They genuinely enjoy talking to customers and they even remember the names of regulars! In addition to taking orders, they also take turns, along with the host, walking around to ensure that coffee cups are refilled and water glasses remain filled! This classic diner has an atmosphere full of energy! The staff is all energetic from the greeter, serve and cashier. The food is good for a diner. Love this restaurant! Quick service, great foot, friendly faces. Love the decor. Kids friendly, wheelchair accessible. There is plenty of free parking lot. I think all the staff are hard workers, but I'd like to make a special mention of Chuy, who always works for the extra mile.
