Surprised at how good the food was. I hadn't been here in years but was in the area at lunchtime. Tried a rally burger and a fish a sandwich. The fish was 2 fur $3. My total for 3 sandwiches was $5.59 I couldn't get 1 sandwich at other fast food places for that amount. Rallys, I'll definitely be back. I was a little apprehensive ordering with a robot, because my order had some special requests (no ketchup etc.) But it actually was more efficient maybe? No actual staff member spoke to me. Just handed food through window and it was completely correct, fresh and well made. I am impressed. This was a better experience than in the past. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Placed a DoorDash order and after the dasher arrived they made them wait 30mins to tell them the order wasn’t even made yet and it would take time to make it. I ordered 2 sandwiches, a half pound chicken bites meal, and a hot dog. There’s no way it takes over an hour to make that order.
