The dishes are excellent. The flavors are outstanding. Not your typical Chinese restaurant. The portions are small, but the price of the dishes is reasonable. This is a restaurant that is a must to try if you live in The Woodlands and Spring area. This will be a regular for us as long as the quality and taste continue. Everything I have tasted has been amazing ! Service the same Emerald was excellent! Must try this restaurant out. Also try the Vietnamese coffee you will not go anywhere else to get it. Well plated and perfect amount of food. Terribly small portions for what they charge. If you want 500 calories, save money and get a Whopper or go another Vietnamese place.

Food quality seems to have gone down for our visit. Ex. Pork fried rice was mushy and well... mushy/tasteless. Peppercorn tuna was overly seared and the internal color was very dark.
