4pm Sunday. the queue to get seated is 1 hr, main course (huge portion) was another 30 mins. lamb n beef were well flavored n juicy. The rice was nicely fluffed. By far my favorite meal in LA. Everything was fresh and delicious. Meats were tender and grilled to perfection. The dark cherry rice was outstanding. The chicken thighs could not have been more juicy. I was full for two days after I left but would promptly go back if given the chance. This place did not dissapoint! Food, service, and atmosphere were great! It’s no wonder this place is always packed. Parking is valet which costs 10.00 plus tip (optional). Don’t recommend going, much better Persians restaurants in LA. This was very mediocre. I had high expectations due to the reviews. The food was underwhelming. We tried the hummus for appetizer and it came with bread, very bland and bread was dry and didn’t seem fresh like I’ve had at other Persian restaurants. We tried the Koobideh Kabob and Chicken Barg Kabob, the meat was freshly made but very unseasoned. We were underwhelmed. The service was average and there isn’t much of an ambiance. These are all typically fine in mom and pop type of restaurants where the food makes up for lack of ambiance or service. Don’t waste your time going here.
