Sushi was basic. Nothing stood out as incredible. Service was not good. It was empty on a Tuesday and we ate our dinner at around 9 ish and asked for sushi and desert to go. Took them another 30 minutes to get that together even though we gave them a 20 minutes heads up. Probably not going back again. Had a great lunch at RA a few days ago! Food and atmosphere are always great and our bartender, Veronica, made it that much better! She was attentive and fantastic at recommending what to order, along with her positive and spunky attitude! Overall great experience. I'm already craving it again! The hostess greeted my friend and I immediately when we walked in and was very polite. We were seated within the first 2 minutes we arrived and the area we were seated in was nice. The decor in the restaurant is beautiful and the vibe was calm. Our server was very nice and attentive. We ordered Shrimp Tempura, Pork Gyoza, a Shrimp Tempura Roll, and a Dragon Roll. Everything was delicious and freshly made. I will definitely be coming back soon!! When my friend and I got there we were greeted by a hostess immediately, and were sat right away. The decor and aesthetic of the place was very appealing. Our sever came and took our order when he was available. Our two Sushi rolls came quickly and were fresh also were quite delicious. Our shrimp tempura and pork gyoza also came out hot. Our total came out to around $60 which I find pretty reasonable as the portions filled both my friend and I up as we were sharing. Definitely coming again with my friends! Came here with a reservation, was told there was a bit of a wait while they worked through all the reservations but they would text us. We stood in the lobby as we watched more and more people check in and get seated. We were ignored by the hostess as we stood by ourselves in between waves of people, never acknowledged that the wait was too long. After standing for over half an hour past our reservation time we walked out, the rest of the evening we never received that text we were waiting for. Called the next day, manager was unsympathetic, and was told the general manager would call. Never happened. Seems to be a running theme of being forgotten and ignored here. Won’t return. Came here for Valentine’s Day dinner , made reservations a week in advance . Drive 40 min to get there and arrived a little bit before reservation. Walked in and had three other people in front of us . Go to the front of the line and let them know we had a reservation and stood back and waited for a text that said was coming and waited and waited . Meanwhile several other couples were seated before us and people came in after us were also seated . We were never acknowledged or asked why we’d were still waiting and were ignored . We waited 30 min and no response from any body there and we left . Drove another 40 min home without having eaten there WITH a reservation . We waited and waited and never got the TEXT they stated would come . We were made to look stupid standing there without anyone even asking why we’d be waiting . Called and asked for a manager to call me and waited 1 week and no word . Eventually manager called and he was far from caring and I felt that he tried so hard to get me off the phone . I asked to get a call from general manager and I was called and asked to call back and I called. I left a massage to call back and still no word from him to call me back . Won’t ever go there and never recommend them for anyone . Customer service is horrible and was a waste of time .
