This particular location was disappointing. I have gone to the Big Beaver and Rochester road several times and been very pleased. This location on Rochester road north across from Meijer was pretty bad. I won't be returning, there are plenty of other places in that particular area. Best qdoba I ever had today. Everything was perfect. Ordered 2 mini bowl online was worried might be too small but it was filling and actually I wanted another bowl it was so good! Great job guys! Excellent lunch today! Service Take out Food: 5

JOSH is the MAN!!! He is one of the ONLY cooks that have been able to wrap my burrito PERFECTLY. I am genuinely impressed. I had never been to a qdoba before but needed something to eat. The inside had the clean yet dirty feel with multiple visible rolling garbage cans just at the front door, but no crumbs on the tables. I stood at the counter and staff were less than friendly. No hello. No eye contact. I stared at the menu and it was out of order from price and steps and generally just hard to understand so I took a while to decide what to get. The portion size and cost ratio is absolutely bonkers. I had never paid so much for a cheese quesadilla and a bag of broken chips in my life. The staff seemed bothered at me ordering it and of course the credit card machine asked for a tip. When I didn’t tip the cashier threw out the customer receipt so I couldn’t do the corporate review. I recommend salsa ritas down the road or even Taco Bell. This was a bummer. The restaurant is fine to go. The food is tasty and the portion is okay. The value is good. The staff is cheerful and the restaurant is clean, although a little run down. I dine here often. Came into for lunch. Waited in the longest line of my life just to get a bowl with the darkest charcoal chicken I’ve ever seen. Very unsanitary had a worker touch my cheese without gloves. I WILL NOT BE RETURNING to this location. I ordered catering and an item that I paid extra for did not show up with my order. I called to try and simply have that item removed from my bill and be sent a new invoice-and the manager Rob was adamant that "several people checked the order" before it went out the door. I told him it doesn't matter it was not delivered so I should not pay extra for something I did not receive. He did not have a customer first attitude when speaking with me. I always give the benefit of the doubt with service and I even complimented the delivery driver as she was very professional. I'm annoyed that he gaslighted me and took no ownership or responsibility for the fact that an Item I paid $45 extra for was not delivered with my catering. He then proceeded to hang up on me when I asked him to look into it further. It is a shame as I've ordered catering from this location for large campus events for years and I will no longer order from this establishment. I had 40 people at my event and if you ask any one of them there was indeed NO QUESO that I paid for. I work at the university who orders catering a lot and I will not recommend further orders from here. Rob is allowing this mistake to burn a bridge with a big customer.

I got mixed experience with this place. Some times it is OK. Other times, I got inconsistent portion (size) depending on who is serving. For instance, see the picture attached for a mini bowl. It is not nearly full and weighs only 6oz. You tell me if it is worth $7.16 (without tip). Service Take out Meal type Other Price per person $1–10

Tried their Family menu! Food was filling. Chicken was crunchy! Queso with chips was mouthwatering! 5 star for food but front desk denied the free chips under my rewards account. Regular customer take a note not all of things in rewards can’t be redeemed at store.
