They don't even make pickups until you go in and tell them you have a pickup, so what's the point of putting ina pickup order? Worst Qdoba ever, L establishment. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I was very disappointed. Normally I give good reviews but I don't have anything nice to say. 1 the food size was so small, I was buying for 4 people I got a burrito bowl the same as my mom. and the steak they put like 5 pieces in then we had to ask for double and they didn't even give us 5 more pieces. Then I had to pay like 6$ for like 9 pieces of steak and just the serving alone wasn't enough 2 the table was gross crumbs everywhere and the tables were sticking 3 way too expensive for the little amount they give. The staff didn't feel welcoming. The food portions were very low so I paid extra for double meat. The prices are high and food portions are low. The girl put a small scoop of steak in my bowl. There were maybe 5 or 6 pieces of steak. They are advertising hiring at $15 hr and also ask for a tip. I don't plan on going back. I am not impressed. The steak was dry and the chunks were huge. Everything was dried out and old. Everyone was asking for water cups and filling them with pop.....I bought a pop lol. Very nice QDOBA. There is plenty of room to spread out. My wife and I tucked ourselves away in a corner and facetimed with our college son for dinner. I really like the double protien bowls. When ppl say there is a "Good" and "Bad" location of a chain restaurant.. this is the GOOD ONE. They know how to make a burrito and they keep their store cleaner than the Alpine one by far. This place is a walking calamity, and it wasn't even busy yet. This poor man two spots ahead of me was upset because he was charged for water. The man behind him said he has been waiting ten minutes for veggies. They veggies were in the grill but no one was attending. They continued to start more orders but no one's order was getting finished. Orders began being misplaced, put in wrong bags etc. People were becoming upset because we were all on a lunch break. Left the establishment to find my food cold, and kind of soggy. Not even sure what I had in my quesadilla to make it soggy, but it was gross. I seem to keep seeing this problem in the Plainfield area. A lot of kids trying their best with no proper management. It's hard to be angry at them when they are being set up for failure by poor management.
