Best made burrito I've ever had at a Qdoba. Young man put in effort to get it perfect....which seems to be rare at Qdoba in my area. Chicken was perfect, not overcooked. FREE QUESO. I'd marry a man for less, but alas. Anyhow, this is another location in a chain that has made fresh-served Mexican* food a staple in the American diet. Neither inexpensive nor cost-prohibitive, this group hits that middle demographic decidedly well. *I know it's about as authentic as the old, "let's hangout soon" bit, but I'd no better word. First time at this location. The girl on the 2nd part of the line was just throwing the food in the bowl as if she didnt have a care and not listening yo what i asking her to put in it and then was getting things mixed up when it was time to pay as i only had one bowl not two. Two ladies on the line looked tired and overworked. Everything on the line was mostly out or needed refilled. Ordered tortilla soup and the fried bowl was greasy. My husband was served stale chips. The folks at this location are incredible, they take the time to get the order right for every customer. I have a very picky eater and they made sure she received exactly what she wanted... By far the worst qdoba experience I’ve ever had. The line took a while but was expected during dinner time hours. I asked for an extra scoop of chicken and they responded with “we do 2 anyways.” Not wanting to argue I just let it be knowing they were doing it wrong. I move down the line a little and ask for chips and queso. The queso wasn’t full which was whatever but the single half scoop of chips I got was unacceptable. The lady working the register was more worried about what ice cream she was getting from the neighbors in their food swap.. Never will I be eating at this Qdoba again. No one out front to greet or take my order. And they left them work area where they make your food nasty. Hasn’t been wiped up in awhile because u can see dried up food where it’s been sitting. Then the woman at 3 pm came from back and said it will be awhile plz sit . The order was placed online several mins ago and no other cust was in line. There is no reason why this place should be nasty and my order not made. If u don’t want to work here then find a new job. Disgusting. I will never come here again for a food delivery because they don’t care about the customers ordering online. And I won’t come here as a paying customer for obvious reasons
