Excellent spot for lunch or dinner! Fast and friendly service. Can get a bit loud when busy (which is often). Ordered chips and salsa before our meals. Both ordered taco salads. Plenty for lunch. I was very surprised at how amazing this place is. Food is great, the employees are beyond sweet, helpful, attentive and productive. The decor is modern. We will be back! Prices are great as well! I've tried. I really have tried. Their refried beans are never hot. Never. No amount of telling them that in the restaurant has changed it. Their chicken for chicken fajitas is tiny little bits of chicken that's obviously been reheated from frozen. They're a family restaurant, yet they have no spoons smaller than a big tablespoon, so either my kids struggle to eat rice or beans with a fork without making a mess or use what might as well be a small shovel for their little mouths. Their staff is what kept us going back, but so much turnover has resulted in we have little reason to go back. We'll go to South O. for Mexican food Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The atmosphere was nice and service staff were friendly and attentive. I have gluten allergies and can normally have enchiladas as they are typically made with corn. Service was awesome! But the food was so amazing. We had the queso dip appetizer and got fresh chips that had just been made. I ordered the chicken chimichanga and omg it was gigantic and so delicious. He got the combo fajitas and said they were the best he has ever had. We love Primos! Will always come back!
