Me and my wife took our granddaughters to eat there today at around 2:00 p.m.. I ordered a cheeseburger can they charge me extra for the cheese the lettuce the tomato it turned out to be a greasy bun. My wife ordered a turkey and bacon club sandwich which was basically three pieces of bacon with a half inch slab of turkey thrown on two pieces of toast and she was not impressed. The turkey was very tough and the bacon was cold and crunchy. And for the kids meals there was a grilled cheese and chicken nuggets the chicken nuggets had so much breading on them that the 4 year old had to Crunch it off so she could just eat the chicken, and the grilled cheese was not very appetizing my 5-year-old wanted to just peel the cheese off and eat the bread. The fries were okay. I’ve been to Primetime twice now and it has been fantastic both times! The first time was for a sit down meal and the second time was a to-go order. I was so impressed with how delicious the food was! My order was accurate both times, and it’s quickly becoming a favorite of mine. The service is nice, and I appreciate the open spacious feel. Went in with my husband and best friend today and the food and service was fantastic. We were having a blast and the waiter and the manager even got in on the jokes keeping the fun going. First time ever visiting Ottawa. Went here based on recommendation from the hotel front desk where we were staying at. Initial impression upon walking in gives a nicest atmosphere. Our food was not impressive. Ribeye (a whopping $28 dish) had not much of a taste, nothing seasoned to it. String beans appears to be right from a can. Boneless wings were literally chicken nuggets superficially in a garlic Parmesan sauce. Shrimp also didn’t have much flavoring to it. Our waitress after taking our initial order did not return to check and see how everything went. Although the manager stopped by to check on us prior to our meal coming out. We had to request for additional drink with the food server and our bill with the manager. This place has potential. Hoping a bit of critique will help bring it to a thriving spot. Love the food and service. Our server Layla was super sweet and so helpful! I’ve been served by her many times while going in and it’s always the best service! The chicken fried steak is my go to!
