Prime Cut | The Best Steak in Warsaw is a restaurant that lives up to its name. The decor is modern and inviting, the atmosphere is cozy and the service is exceptional. The wait staff, especially Luka and Dorota, are knowledgeable and friendly, providing great recommendations for food and drinks. The starters, such as the tartar and carpaccio, were delicious and the main courses, such as the Ribeye, Fillet Mignon, and New York Strip Steak, were cooked to perfection. The signature drinks menu was also impressive, with a great selection of wine, whiskey, cocktails, and mocktails. The desserts were equally delicious, with a chocolate lava cake and a sponge cake that were both well-baked. All in all, Prime Cut is an excellent place to go for a steak dinner in Warsaw. The quality of the food and the level of service are top-notch, and the prices are very reasonable. Highly recommended!

The rib-eye stake was very nice but maybe too much fat was with. Sides were so and so but I have maybe chosen the wrong ones to accompany the stake with. Had dinner for 2 last night at Prime Cut and had a great time! We were seated early, our server was kind and gave some suggestions on the wine which paired decently with the food. Caesar salad with shrimps was amazing, deer tartare was fantastic but unfortunately our steak came out rare instead of our requested medium rare and was a bit cold. Although it was cold, it was extremely tender and the rest of the food was spectacular! We also added 2 sauces, peppercorn and chimichurri, mushrooms and fries for our sides. The mushrooms were very bland but the fries were really good. Overall it was a great choice for a night out or your first time eating there and would definitely consider coming here again before weighing out other options. Good place for a good steak 🥩 In Warsaw Nice vegetarian options as well Very friendly staff ready to help and give good recommendations It can get a bit too loud and can be a bit difficult to have a discussion if there are more than 4 ppl at the table, but it’s not that bad. Good restaurant! It was a really nice experience on one of our first days. So we decided to eat there again on our last day. The Chateaubriand was awesome but the T-bone steak was amazing. You can taste the quality of the meat and you taste it's prepared with love. And the service makes it even better. Don’t be put off by the name. Usually I wouldn’t go somewhere that proclaims to be the “best” anything but this restaurant lived up to its name. The beef and tuna tartare were incredible- the tuna especially which had lovely Asian flavours. The steaks were unbelievably good - the fillet especially. The only negative was the beef cheek which needed to be cooked longer. The desserts and cocktails were all wonderful! The service was impeccable. Having eaten in Michelin restaurants around the globe - this was up there with the best service I have ever had. As soon as your water or wine was almost empty it was refilled. It was the type of service that was super efficient but not imposing. We went all out with 3 courses (and bread), wine and cocktails and it worked out less than £100 per person including tip. Superb meal all round!

Nice ambience and good service. However, MAJOR complaint is our steaks came out cold. How is that possible for any steak house let alone one that is as fancy and expensive as this. Cold steak is not enjoyable doesn't matter how good the meat is. Server never checked in to ask how the food is.
