I recently had the pleasure of dining at Prime at the Sky Meadow Country Club in Nashua, New Hampshire, and let me tell you, it was an unforgettable experience!
From the moment I stepped inside, I was greeted with a smile that set the stage for what would be an exceptional evening.
The highlight of the menu: the steak. Oh my goodness! The bone-in ribeye was a masterpiece. The char on the outside was just right, giving it that delightful smoky flavor, while the inside was tender, juicy and cooked to absolute perfection. It’s safe to say that this was the best steak I’ve ever had in all of New England.
But that’s not all. The crabcakes—oh, those heavenly crabcakes! Each bite was a celebration of high-quality crab meat. They were delicate, flavorful and left me craving more. I’ve sampled crabcakes from various places, but these were truly in a league of their own.
Now, let me tell you about the real gem of Prime: Felix, the general manager. Felix has an innate ability to make every guest feel like royalty. His attention to detail, warm demeanor and genuine care for each patron create an atmosphere that is unparalleled. It’s as if he knows exactly what you need before you even realize it. Felix treats every guest as if they are the only one in the house—a rare quality that elevates the dining experience to new heights.

My husband and I LOVE our time spent at Prime. We have gone for dinner a few times but our favorite is our Sunday AM brunch! Delicious menu and great service! Mike behind the bar is one of our favorite bartenders, ever. He can mix up any cocktail and fun to chat with!

Au Gratin Potatoes
Fantastic upscale dinner, especially for the area. The staff was extremely friendly, and best of all did not try to rush us out. Really good food and we’ll be going back. There is a 18% gratuity automatically added to the tab, which we did not initially know how to handle, but good on the management to make sure the staff gets what they deserve.

Rebekah was the best server I’ve ever had! Food was amazing. Great spot. Drinks were spot on. Highly recommend Gin Basil Smash. Out of this world!
