Possibly some of the best coffee in the Iowa City/Coralville area. My family regularly goes out of its way to come here. While the drive through leaves something to be desired (especially for larger or smaller vehicles) the ambiance inside is wonderful, the staff are attentive and quick and it is well maintained.

You need to stop by and try the coffee here it's different real coffee coffee ☕️ I love this place!!! This cafe has plenty of seating, great natural lighting and wonderful espresso and variety of flavor teas!! It's 40mints away from me but whenever I get chance I never miss!! Highly recommended best customer service every time!!

We stopped for a quick coffee and smoothie on our road trip to Boulder. Coffee and smoothies were great. I love the set up and ambiance. They did a great job of dividing the areas for private intimate conversations and also more social open space. Great for kids, teens and everyone. Great place to have Iowa! To top it all off wonderful, sweet baristas!

Loved the atmosphere of this coffee shop! The café is super cute and clean. They have a lot of neat merchandise to look at while waiting for your order. After just learning about this local legend, I was surprised and excited to see the 'Black Angel' featured on some of their travel tumblers, coffee mugs and coffee bags! I regret not buying the 'Black Angel' travel tumbler but I guess that just gives me an excuse to come back for a visit!

We had a great experience at Press in Iowa City! There are two levels which is perfect for chatting with bigger groups up top, and more studying and quiet space downstairs. I got the butter pecan latte and it was delicious. The atmosphere is cozy and comforting.

This place is so quirky, cozy, and cute! It's a great spot for good coffee, delicious baked goods, and to chill with friends or get some work done. 10/10 staff and atmosphere! The staff was kind and quick with our order. Will definitely be going back again and again!

Such a wonderful coffee shop! I highly recommend going Friday-Sunday when they also have donuts. Service is always great and coffee comes out quick. They have unique seasonal drinks too that I definitely recommend looking at! Good outdoor seating in the summer with plenty of tables.

Fantastic iced lattes, and a wonderful atmosphere. The vibe in this cafe was great! It is a beautiful house decorated with various art and decorative pieces. The coffee is a little on the expensive side but that is to be expected. There is free wifi and an ample range of seating options.
The chai latte in particular was great, especially on a crazy humid day. Highly recommend!
We were heading out of town on a road trip, and passed by Press Coffee. I'd seen their tempting social media posts, but had never visited. We decided to turn the car around check it out. It was definitely worth it. I love visiting locally owned coffee shops. Each one is different, and Press is a good example of a destination coffee shop. There are two different outdoor patios, a drive-through window, and plenty of seating inside on the main level, as well as upstairs. They have very cozy, artistic, and welcoming spaces. I make a lot of coffee at home using locally roasted beans, sometimes roasted the same day or within a few days, then fresh ground just prior to making espresso. So, I've become accustomed to really fresh rich coffee. I ordered a latte at Press Coffee, and normally I would sweeten a latte, but they make such a smooth delicious latte that I didn't feel a need to sweeten it. I was really impressed. Thanks Press for creating a great coffee shop experience for Iowa City!
