I had never ordered from inside the store. Aden was exceptionally helpful and ensured I knew all the options. He was kind, patient, and fast at getting my order complete. I will absolutely be back. I love the meal ideas, the wonderful attitude of the employees, the wooden tables and chairs in (European style restaurant) and the opportunity to sit and eat outside (when the weather/season is favorable. The music played is just for a background and allows to communicate and connect with whomever your sharing a meal with. I like the soups, and the salads and the sandwiches/wraps offered there. I just stopped in for the first time . The atmosphere is friendly , restaurant clean and it smells amazing . I had the Pizza Melt Sub sandwich and it didn’t disappoint. Other sandwich shops need to step up their game . This is the kinda sandwich shop I’ve been looking for and will be receiving my future business. Keep it up staff you’re doing a great job as well . Great experience today with Potbelly! I had placed an order through their app for delivery which would be delivered via DoorDash.. doordash cancelled my order and instead of me being out of luck, someone from Potbelly personally delivered it to me! We ordered three sandwiches for pickup early in the evening on a weeknight. Our order was estimated to be ready 20 minutes after the order was placed. Twenty minutes later our order was not ready. No worries. I went out to the car and waited another 10 minutes then went back into the restaurant to check the order status. It was still not ready. I waited a further fifteen minutes until it was ready. The sandwiches themselves were fine. You could get sandwiches that are bigger for the same price elsewhere. I prefer quality to quantity. Aside from the order taking nearly 40 minutes longer than projected, the staff was rude. That really bothered me.
