We visited Port Edwards on Friday night about 5:30. We did make reservations since it was the first Friday of the month and therefore "Buffet Night"! We were seated pretty quickly, our server was attentive all night. The buffet was very well stocked with many different seafood items as well as other meats & salads. There were a couple other stations for meat, Lobster dish & even desserts. Overall we enjoyed the buffet & it was quite pricey but considering the items offered it was worth it. I would recommend Port Edwards. Oh, I believe there are a couple special areas for reservations; lighthouse & boat.. My first time here with my beautiful girlfriend it was an amazing experience! The workers the owner coming up to the table giving you stories behind the restaurant, there's an actual boat floating in this place that I'm definitely going to sit inside with my girlfriend. April or waitress did an amazing job! She knows how to take care of a guest. I cannot wait to come back to this place and try the other delicious foods they have here the creme brulee, the S cargo the shrimp dejonghe... Port Edward is absolutely one of the coolest restaurants we have ever been to. When we walked in, we were in awe at how awesome it was from. From the fish pond, to the boat, to the windmill and more...this restaurant's atmosphere and decor is perfect. We were greeted by a wonderful hostess and Miss Cheryl is who was so kind. The food and drinks here were top notch. They have a great menu with a wonderful variety whether you life surf or turf. The service was amazing. Our waitress was attentive and everyone from the busboy to the other staff were all smiles and kind. Highly recommend Port Edward during any season, for any big or small event. I visited the area for business, but WHAT AN AMAZING CUISINE they have at this jewel location. I has the VERY BEST SEAFOOD PASTA I've ever had in my life! Taste, quality, preparation, presentation, quantity, I mean it. I can certainly reccomend it. New outdoors is amazing (Seasonal). Even Anthony (owner) came out to greet and meet! It was a perfect day to eat outdoors during luncheon. DONT MISS IT ! We have visited this restaurant multiple times over the past 30 years. Most recently, we came to celebrate my daughter’s birthday. The interior is very unique, with a sailboat, koi fish, and so much maritime artifacts. Unique as it is, the dining area is a bit dated and in need of some maintenance and updates. Our server was wonderful at this last visit, kind, knowledgeable, and prompt. Food off the menu was decent, good quality, but nothing that was out-of-this- world good.
