This place is wack. I went to buy chicken, and I asked for no breasts and gave me 4 breasts. Didn't give me any biscuits, and no ketchup. I asked for extra fries and gave me small fries in a bag instead and charged me $4.00. Check your food before leaving the place

Sat in drive thru line for 30 mins wich is crazy to think about as I type and after placing order and being told half the items on menu are either not available or not in stock at dinner time on a Friday night is crazy but after reaching window and paying for it waited an extra 15 mins as they would supposedly prepare items that were not ready. After getting fed up drove back up to window at wich point tried to get the attention of the person that seemed like management as he was the only person not doing anything, this person sarcastically waved back at me and just seemed annoyed and bothered to have customers. The food is amazing . However, it is very disappointing when you order from the drive through and something is missing from the order. This happened to me several times already. I hope/wish they pay close attention to what they are doing. If I go back I'll make sure to check my order before I drive off. This restaurant is a joke! 2 years removed from covid and their dining room is still closed. They only are capable of making and handling 1 order at a time. You place your order and the have to wait at the speaker for you food to be prepared before you are instructed to pull to the drive thru. Got lectured by a worker for calling her miss. Sorry Popeyes, but if your store is in that bad of shape, close up shop. Pitiful excuse of a restaurant! When you attempt to make a complaint with corporate, the site says your email address isn't valid, so not only is the restaurant garbage, so is their corporate. Update as of 01/23/2024 they remodeled the restaurant inside and out, so you would think that maybe things would be better here...NOPE. This restaurant is even slower now than they were. How is that even possible?
