The food could've been better. They no longer have any original plain chicken. This was a big thumbs down as its all spicy. I havechildren who don't eat spicy. Normally I really love Popeyes but this location on Quebec and iliff is very stingy when it comes to their sauces. I ordered the wings and majority of the flavors come with sauce on the chicken. When I ordered a mix and match they put a little drizzle on the chicken. Most of the chicken didn't even have any sauce and the chicken was overcooked and dry. I come to this Popeyes often it’s hit and miss sometimes the food be fresh and other times you can tell it sits out and the package it that way. The service is good most of the times. I always either get a family meal when I have family in town or spicy chicken sandwich and the ghost wings. All in all this a good Popeyes. Where to even begin? It took 5+ minutes to pick up an online order that was ready and on the counter. No one in the store. No one in the drive-through. Made eye contact with all the employees who hurriedly broke eye contact and went back to doing nothing. The place was dirty, the short girl who finally gave the order had an attitude as if she was a child who was being forced to do homework. A monkey could do your job get your life's together how do 5~6 people have the collective ability of a rock? Because that's as useful as the pathetic excuse for workers at this place are, but hey, if you endeavor to be useless in life take notes at this place, as least then some good may come from the place. I must have Stockholm syndrome because despite nearly a dozen visits where there has always been at least 1, if not more, mistakes with my orders I have kept coming back. From paid for items missing, to incorrectly prepared items and everything in between there has not been a single order this location has gotten right. They must be out of the Truff Mayo because 2 visits now they just ignore the side that was paid for and put a random wing sauce on the sandwich without saying a thing. In addition they seem to have no idea what a Mobile order is because every time they are baffled and take multiple back and forth to understand how to find and fulfill my order. The service is almost always slower than it has any right to be. The food is always excellent, assuming you get what you ordered, but the cons far outweigh the pros. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

This location is supposed to be open until 11pm it does specify lobby hours from drive thru hours therefore the lobby should still be open until 11pm and I am currently writing this review at 9:50pm i walked here as well hoping that they would be open so I just waisted my time and I’m not very happy about that! Your manager and employees should definitely be better about staying open until the hours it states that you guys are open until! Not very cool! Service Dine in Meal type Other

Your place says that you close at 11:00pm I came at 10:45pm and they denied me the service. They said that they only can give me 8 pieces of chicken and they don’t have any more. Are they work until 11pm or they CLOSE at 11:00pm my family was super disappointed with this attitude also the manager told the 2 females to close the door on my face and the girls slam the door on my face. People like this we don’t need around business. Your restaurant is loosing costumers left and right. Ordered the 3 & 5 piece strip/tender meal. We only got like maybe one strip that was actually edible. All the others were like just strips of the crust of what would have been chicken. No meat.
