Food is decent for a chain restaurant but my issue is with the soda fountain nozzle that doesn't get cleaned or not cleaned well. The reason I know this is b/c of the nasty after taste and this isn't the first time. If the soda fountain isn't getting cleaned what else is being neglected

One of the managers that operates the register in the evening cannot speak English. Every order is wrong when she is behind the counter. I ordered a normal size beans and rice they have me a small but charged for a mack and cheese I didn't have time to correct the problem but definitely wasn't happy if you don't have normal size made up just say so...
