The food was excellent! My wife got the Irish eggs Benedict with potato pancakes. It was perfectly crispy and the sauce was excellent. I had the 3 pancake meal with sausages and 2 eggs. It was delicious. The reason I cannot give this 5 stars was that it took an hour and a half to get seated and it took way too long to get the food.

Such a wonderful place! Love the service. The ladies were super nice. The food was excellent ( worth the wait). Know there is usually a wait so come prepared with something to do. They have a cute gift shop you can look at while you wait.

If you enjoy a good pancake, you need to add Polly's Pancake Parlor to your list. With a wide variety of pancake batters and add-ins, there are dozens of options to choose from.
I loved the gingerbread pancakes with peppermint bark mixed in, but you can't go wrong with any flavor.
It was difficult to figure out whether to look at the interior or the exterior of Polly's more, with a beautifully decorated interior giving way to a gorgeous mountain view.
The servers were friendly and quick, the food was great, and the atmosphere is unmatched. What more is there to say?

We had a nice experience overall, but I just can't quiet get over the fact that the pancakes didn't taste very good. We got a sampler of plain, buckwheat, and cornmeal and I didn't care for any of them very much. Maybe it was an off day. The Irish Benedict was pretty good; very large serving of corned beef. Also coffee drinks were good.

You know the pancakes are great here, so I’ll skip talking about that. The wait can be brutal, so call ahead to put your name in. The seating inside is spacious, service is quick, coffee is surprisingly good (even by coffee snob standards), and price is very reasonable. Worth a visit, but be prepared to wait if you don’t call ahead.
