The most amazing place with the most delicious breakfast burrito! Kind staff! I got the breakfast burrito and it was so filling! Smothered in green chili. So good! Mine had Chorizo, ham, bacon, and potatoes in it. You can pick what you want inside the burrito. Really delicious. Can't wait to go back.

I came with my son this morning for the breakfast burritos which were delicious. They gave us red and green salsa with the burritos and both were some of the best salsas we’ve ever had. We couldn’t decide if we liked the red or green more. The burritos were the perfect size and came with egg, potato, cheese and green chili. My son added bacon to his. The customer service was excellent. Very friendly people and reasonably priced. We can’t wait to come back and try Pollo Eats for lunch. Thank you!

Polo eats is the best Mexican food in castle rock I think. Affordable, fast service and super tasty. Highly recommend! My chimichangas were huge!

Fun, industrial type interior decor. The kitchen staff has a lot of fun back there! The staff was helpful and friendly. Food took a little bit of time, but it never claimed to be "fast food", so it was worth the wait. The chips are ridiculously good. The breakfast burrito was tasty. Would recommend!

Some of the best Mexican food in town. Great prices, many options, very friendly service and really good and fresh food. The breakfast burrito was huge and filling with flavorful green chili. Will be back here for sure!
Update we came back and the lunch/dinner burrito was even larger than the breakfast one.
The food here is so fresh, very tasty, and quite filling. You can’t go wrong with any thing on the menu.

Heard good things, well reviewed, and I drive by it all the time, finally swung by. The place was really well kept, super clean, I'd have no issue dining in. Got my breakfast burritos to go this time. The young lady running the counter was so nice and welcoming, hopefully it stays that way. The burritos were killer! First thing was the weight of the bag when I grabbed it, dang, great start! So good, flavorful and filling! Like many others, this may be my go to breakfast burrito spot. Certainly have to try their other items as well. 👍

Had lunch here recently and it was really good. They were super friendly and helpful. Gladly answered all questions about anything on the menu.
Definitely will be back, and will bring kids next time too as they have a decent kids menu on top of all the delicious regular food menu.
Only negative, and it's quite a slight one, is the queso was a bit thick.
The tacos were excellent, juicy and tasty. The chips were great, perfectly fried and salted. Had refried beans and they were some of the best I've had. My partner had a breakfast burrito and he said it was great and filling. (Even said it was better than the place down the street from here that's known for their breakfast burritos)
Dessert was so awesome too. Cheesecake wrapped in a tortilla (lightly fried) with sauce.

What a great tasting breakfast burrito! The place hasn’t been open long, we passed it by a couple of times. This is our new breakfast burrito stop in castle rock! Obviously a family owned local restaurant. If you are reading this to try to narrow down your search for a great breakfast burrito, give this place a try, you won’t be disappointed. Large burrito, great flavor, and was a great bargain. Place is clean and well kept.

Great new place/ Mexican in Castle Rock. Rotisserie chicken, rice , beans.
Chicken cooked all the way thru, but not dry. Great flavor, authentic refried beans and rice.
