I grew up in Korea, I've known, tried aka pocha(pojangmacha) - street vendor restaurant so many time in my life, this is the closest place! Menu selections are catching today's popular dishes but still not missing original-best-seller, let alone, the popular soju! They also include bbq which is extra. I had high hopes for this place. I went on a weekend and the place was not really busy. We sat down and ordered Set A which includes 3-4 different cuts of beef. We asked if it was enough for 2 people and the server said yes. The ban chan only consists of kimchi and radish. The meal did not come with any rice, lettuce, or steamed egg which are normally included in other Korean BBQ establishments. The server did not explain the type of meat we ordered, the sauce, or said anything about the experience. Our server cooked only 1/4 of the time then he left and never came back to check on us. I’ve been to many KBBQ restaurants and I have never had an experience like this. It was such a bad and disappointing experience. We could not wait to get the check and bounce. The food was fantastic. The fried chicken was chef's kiss, the salad was great, and the BBQ meal was delicious. I love the decor, I felt like I wasn't in America lol. The knobs on the BBQ grille are not in English so you may require assistance. Will definitely be a regular. This place was a fantastic experience! The food tasted amazing and the staff was all very friendly and helpful. There are a lot of food choices and all of which are foreign to me, but our wader helped us pick and it was great!
