Burgers & fries were great. Avoid the coleslaw—it was hideous! They didn’t seem very busy, but our waiter disappeared after taking our order and didn’t come back until we went looking for him. He was hanging out with the hostess at the front of the restaurant. On the upside, he took the coleslaw plus 25% off the bill. He was very nice in the end. Pleasantly surprised. Wife had the MOAB (mother of all burgers) and I had the Philly burger on a pretzel bun. Can’t go wrong. Staff was great, really social, Kevin was an awesome server and the bartender / manager Rodney passed the wife’s Bloody Mary challenge. We’ll have to come back for the bourbon. Awful service! We went there after being at the convention center arrived at 9pm the door was locked even though it said kitchen was open till 10pm the hostess let us in and we sat at the bar, 3 guys walked in at the same time and were sat. We heard the Waitress say to the hostess im.not serving anyone anymore and then3 guys left. We sat at the bar and grabbed our own menus after sitting there with 2 servers and the bartender at the end of the bar, never asked how our food was, never had the ability to ask for a second drink. And the 2 servers and bartender were playing cards the entire time we were there not paying attention to any of there customers. The hostess seemed to be getting upset by the other employees not doing their jobs infelt bad for her. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5

At this restaurant it took us 2 hours to get our food and that was just a small part of our food. None of the food was Homemade and it tasted horrible. We thought all leaving and we saw other people leave. Just so you know this is not the kind of restaurant that you want to go to (Honest review written by my 8-year-old).
