This coffee place has really been slacking lately. I have come by a couple of times within the last week, and if it's not one thing, it's another. I stopped one day around 7pm and wanted an iced latte and they said only hot drinks were available. The following day they had no ice. Today it's closed and it's supposed to be open at 6 a.m. mind you it's almost 8 a.m. Just over this spot already Service: 5

Rudest employee! Jessyca needs to learn some manners. No smile. No thank you, "we don't have lemonade!" Never asked if she could get me something else. Mumbled and acted like she was pissed to even be there. We have had good experiences in the past, but this girl leaves a sour taste in our mouths. Cold brew taste bad, They have been having problems lately . No ice drinks which is a big bummer., coffee tastes burnt. Not having chai or matcha. I'm disappointed of the options lately hopefully it gets better

Coffee was disgusting, yes it was Hot! But did not taste like coffee it was watered down and they advertise biscuits but was told they Don’t sell them anymore then why are they on the Damn menu!!! If I could give 0 stars I would NEVER COMING AGAIN!!!! Food: 1 Service: 1

Started coming here not too long ago and it’s so nice and cozy inside the coffee shop! Can’t wait for the cold season, perfect place to come and enjoy coffee and relax or study since it is quiet inside! Although, they never have white chocolate in stalk, they are very friendly and super kind. Every time that I have been here the person at window is super nice. But please order sufficient white chocolate for my iced white chocolate latte pleaseeee!!
