I called an hour and a half before coming and the person on the phone was not very friendly. I asked about gluten free pizzas and he informed me to call a half hour before coming. Which is what I did. When I called back an hour later, a female answered the phone and I explained I called earlier about the party and I needed to order a gluten free pizza. She said "Oh MY God " and slammed the phone down. After she picked the phone up she said " Okay. What do you need now?" I asked if there was a problem and she said they were busy. There is NEVER a reason to treat someone that way. A paying customer. When we arrived, they were not ready for us, the staff wad NOT friendly and everyone was done eating before my daughter's gluten free pizza was done. We have been to several Pizza Ranch's and have NEVER been treated this way. We were in town for a bowling tournament and will NEVER be back. To top it off, the first person I talked to was the manager. I work in customer service and we all have bad days, but you don't ever take your frustrations out on your customers! Tonight was busy. I understand that. But I’m kind of worried for the future of this business by witnessing the amount of disorganization and rudeness of some of the workers. It was an absolute mess in there. Nothing on the buffet that cost me $81 for my family. No salad, no dressings, no pizzas, no ice cream no dessert. When I asked for more ranch the lady informed me she’s deaf, so I asked another worker. (mind you the lady who told me she was deaf seemed to be the only one busting her butt in there) the girl who got the ranch literally slammed the bottle in the salad case and made me drop my salad that I had started 10 minutes before while waiting on toppings and dressing. The arcade was cool the pizza (the couple slices was able to get) was ok. But my lord it was a disaster for a dining experience Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The food was pretty good. The problem was that the staff was having a hard time getting the food out. It's probably due to the fact that they got exceptionally busy. Had a great experience here tonight with my dance team. We had 13 in our group and the manager opened up a side room for us so we could all sit together, even though we didn't call ahead. Food was great and very fresh! My team loved the fun zone as well!! Staff was great with checking on us frequently to clear plates as well!! Thank you from the Cameron High School Dance Team for a wonderful experience!!💙 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

They keep the food fresh and bring new stuff out even close to closing, which is so nice cuz we usually can't get there until late. The regular staff is excellent, the GM I believe ? Referred to my boyfriend as my dad though. You wanna make an impactful impression by being friendly? Great, but don't assume people's situations. One weird experience after being there countless times doesn't ruin the rating for me. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Great family restaurant. They got this down. Chicken is tender, juicy & very flavorful. Salad bar is fresh with much variety. Pizza is ok. We came as a couple - no kids - on a Thursday evening. Not impressed with the new management! He is Rude, he wants to run the restaurant like a damn book camp. They will yell at you if your child is dishing their own plate if under 10, even if you are standing next to them. They have signs all over saying kids cannot use the buffet. I have never seen this at any other pizza ranch restaurant. Pathetic! He walks around calling everyone out about their kids making a show of it for everyone. Just pathetic!
