Had my daughter’s 6th birthday here and it was fabulous! The staff is always so friendly - literally anyone you talk to is available and ready to help. They were clear about the party expectations and delivered on the quality and timing. The kids loved the game room and it felt very clean and safe. Would highly recommend! Hosted my son’s 7th birthday with Pizza Ranch via the kids party buffet package was a blast!! Micah was excellent and helpful from booking all the way to the day of event where he was extremely helpful. Food was good and diverse and staff overall were both friendly & very accommodating. This is the best buffet I've ever been to! The pizza was always so hot and fresh, and just extremely delicious, high quality. The fried chicken was even better! It was so hot, crispy, and fresh. The breading was so salty and tasty, I couldn't get enough of it. And for only $18 for dinner, it's a steal. They offer military discount, but I really wish they would open a location in Colorado Springs so we don't have to drive an hour..please!!! The employees were awesome too, the place was so clean. It was just the best experience I've ever had in a buffet. We will definitely come back, but please open in Colorado Springs!!! Traveling through, so we stopped and food was pretty good. somewhat fresh. the salad was warm and brown ish. however, what Disturbed husband and I was the treatment of the staff bye what appeared to be either a shift manager, maybe general manager. Short gray haired woman with glasses. that was simply badgering this poor employee in front of everybody. People like that who speak to their subordinates weather in public or private is wrong. Especially since most of the staff appeared to be high school children and what I expect was a special needs child. it is a wonder they stay in business, I certainly would never allow my child to work in that restaurant. Very homey. Great fried chicken and green beans. Mac and cheese is on point too. The staff are nice and friendly. They have an arcade for the kids. They have rooms for birthday parties as well. Their pizza is a Lil greasy but good too. We came for our son's graduation in June. E came today for a kids party or Lil girl was invited to. Great service. The party room was a little cramped but private and adjacent to the game room. The game room is covered by servalence cameras that are viewed from the party room for the reassurance of us parents. One of the few places I've been that didn't treat us like an inconvenience, or like we didn't belong. I will come again. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

I hate buffets. Just the idea of the public serving themselves scares me. But pizza ranch employees kept the place clean. And the public was decent. The pizza was mid at best. But the chicken was surprisingly good. Not much seasoning but moist with a very crispy skin. Had a fun trip to this establishment for our first outing in Pueblo. Very cool and warm environment, delicious food and deserts. As well as the decent arcade for the kids to have fun and let loose. Quite forgetful on pizza order for table (only negative feedback). Took over an hour. Was quite busy at the time. All hosts and workers were friendly and respectful. Try it out! Took my 3 amigos here. My friend Gojo was loving the desert here I didn't even get a bite of desert from how much he was eating it My other pal Shoko was I'm not going to lie not a huge fan of the pizza she said it was kind of gross I personally loved it. Then my last friend Geto was just eating everything must've loved the food Me personally I did not like the salad it was lowkey a bit gross I hope you guys can improve that. This place is a wonderful place grab a quick bite. Excellent if you have kids. There buffet is small but it's always stocked. The food is all very good. They have an arcade to play in and TV screens in the dining area to watch your kids on of you are still eating. I love the Christian music playing over head.
