Order a delivery order said it would be 40 minutes okay grate. An hour gone by no delivery no big deal I know people are under staffed. Hour and a half well this is ridiculous called the store was on hold for over 20 minutes no one picked up. Wife to the store they hadn't even started yet. Sadly this pizza hut has seen better days. They were short staffed i.e. only 3 people working thr ENTIRE restaurant. 1 person cooking, one handling front desk and only ONE person waiting on tables. We were very sympathetic to the situation, but when you forget the dame thing more than 5 times, incompetence comes in to play. Perhaps a new manager and or owner can pick things up because 20 years ago, they were grand! Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 2

I recently visited the Oxford location and while waiting for my food, I overheard the new manager talking poorly about the former manager. As a loyal customer to this location for many years, I was disgusted to hear this. I think it was extremely unprofessional, disrespectful, and in poor taste. I know that once Stefanie left, most of the staff left as well, which should speak volumes to her abilities and work ethic.Therefore, I had a hard time not laughing when I heard this.
