I ordered my pizza to be ready at 6, I waited until 6:10 before the pizza was ready. I can understand being busy on a Saturday night. There was a constant stream of customers. I was both delighted and sad when I arrived to see that the Pizza Hut restaurant was completely empty at dinner time. I was happy because I could get in and out, but sad that business wasn't better for them. Full-service Pizza Hut restaurants are getting harder to come by. It had been so long since I had visited one, and was feeling nostalgic, so decided it was time to give it a try again. I was so glad I did. The place was nice and clean inside, and while they lacked the classic Pizza Hut feel of the 80s and 90s, the updated style was still welcoming. They even had a few arcade-style games that were just waiting to be played. Staff were extremely friendly, and the food was piping hot and tasted excellent... just how I had remembered it. Every employee went above and beyond by holding the door open for us, bringing our food, allowing add-ons to your order. They even have cardboard drink holders for take home orders. App says curbside car side pickup (asks for car details) - they don’t have curbside pickup spots so you have to go inside. Guy at the register seemed clueless and had no idea how to check me out. My order said ready and then I had to wait inside for 10 minutes (why did the app say it was ready?!).
