Not wanting to hurt business as have always loved eating at Pizza Hut! Love their pizza, cheese breadsticks, Wings and salads! We had planned to call in and pick up order last night as we were on the road and could easily swing by. After two calls, both times being put on hold for over 5 minutes and still have not talked to anyone... we decided to eat somewhere else. Very disappointed as wanted to eat there!
