One of the 2 worst locations I've been to. Hardly anything out for the buffet. Salad Bar was very spartan even for pizza hut. No salt,pepper,crushed red pepper or parmesan cheese on tables. Have to ask for salt and pepper, have to buy crushed red pepper and parmesan cheese small shakers if you want them. I understand the economy surrounding this location is poor but it's still a major chain restaurant and reputation must be maintained. Definitely won't eat at this particular location again. The online service has always been great everytime I have used it. When I order online during my lunch break my order is always ready and waiting for me. Wile waiting to pick up my order I witnessed an employee improperly handling another customer's pizza. I attempted to inform the manager on duty but they seemed more bothered that I would bring an issue to them. 0 stars.
