Clients don't highly appreciate Pepperoni at this pizzeria. Food delivery is a big plus of Pizza Hut. The competent staff welcomes visitors all year round. Most reviewers mention that the service is professional. But this place hasn't earned a high rating from Google users.

I have been going to the Waunakee Pizza Hut since before they moved, and the orders have always been done correctly (even when I got a 10 topping pizza). The staff members have always been kind. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Really appreciate that when the online ordering was bugging out the manager took time to help me out and make sure I got my order. Thank you! Service Delivery

Ordered two orders of fries which usually comes in a large round container, but received barely more than a single orders worth in a cardboard breadstick box. Also had ordered cinnamon rolls and bread sticks and received them in a single pizza box instead of the proper Cinnabon box so won't be able to save them if we need to. At least the pizza seems to be good but unfortunately won't be able to eat any since I couldn't get enough ranch for more than the fries. Usually get ranch at the window and didn't know they charge now. Would have added some to the order if I had known.

I asked for half pepperoni, half cheese - this is what I got. They also gave me ranch instead of the garlic sauce I ordered. Every time I order from this place, they forget something or mix something up. I have called in the past and asked if I could get the items that I paid for, that THEY forgot, dropped back off to my original delivery address and was told no. Also, the delivery drivers push my doorbell a ridiculous amount of times in a row when they drop off. Update: Now my elderly grandmother ordered from here. She mistakenly handed the delivery driver a $100 bill instead of a $20. Instead of being a decent person, and letting her know that she had overpaid, he pocketed the money and said he never got a $100 bill. Now my family has been going back and fourth with Pizza Hut trying to get my grandmother her money back. I plan on taking this to corporate.
Nov 28th 2022 update: More respectful and not make "our computer is down" the customers problem. Our food was ready when your computer was down and after a very disrespectful interaction with the manager on duty and phone call with the GM/owner our order was not hot, was soggy, not labeled and incorrect sauce on one set of wings, and missing 2 dups that i paid for. The order was clearly not remade after waiting an hour for the food because your "computers were down". Corporate will be notified of this experience. Terrible Customer Service when the product ordered wasn't what was delivered! Do not use the online order because they claim that they couldn't read a simple direction of do not cut and told me it was mumbled up yet repeated exactly what it said to me! Was only willing to either have me wait another half hour to make what I ordered or give me only a $7 credit for a product that cost me $16+. We frequent this establishment quite often and ALWAYS order our pizza's not cut and when they cut it they make a new one or give us a credit for it. They are able to look at your order and see that yes you asked for something specific. Very disappointed in a small town business that was so RUDE to a customer and tells me that I didn't order what I wanted and that because I didn't order it correctly and they use the website, it's my fault and I don't have options to fix it ... Tell that to my hungry 4 year old!

It was 30 minutes late, despite ordering 2 hours ahead. I had to call 10 minutes after it was supposed to be delivered. I was lied to by the staff who told me it was out for deliverery. 15 minutes later. I got a text that the pizza was on its way. It arrived 5 minutes later. This was for a birthday party and as a result we had to rush eating and we were still late for our event. Update. Tried a couple more visits. Much better with timing. I did drive up and they were not quite as hot as I would have thought even though I came right when it said ready. I will say, I miss the seasoned crust now too. I'll try a couple more times and see how it goes.
I arrived at my scheduled time to pick up dinner and was told that the cook never showed up. I live 15 minutes away and was told my wait would be 15-30 more minutes. The person at the window was very kind and cancelled my order. But, to spend 30 minutes in the car to not have dinner is very disappointing - someone could have called or emailed me to let me know my order was going to take more time.

The food was made and delivered in a timely fashion, the order was exactly as we specified online, and the delivery driver was courteous and kind, even when our dogs decided they needed to say "hello." The driver even helped us diffuse the dog situation by giving them a little attention, allowing us to regain control. Two thumbs and tails, way up!
