Most of the time the pizze is perfect. Sometimes the dough isn't cooked quite to my liking but I always get exactly what I want and it's a quiet little restaurant. Placed a delivery order. After waiting an hour for the delivery, called and checked the status as the app said it still hadn't left the store. Worker was nice and apologized but said the pizza had been sitting for over 30 mins waiting on a driver to pick it up. Waited another 20 mins and got an updated delivery of another hour wait. That's waiting 2.5 hours for a delivery less than 3 miles from the delivery address to the store. Stuck at home with three kids and can't leave. Absolutely ridiculous. Called and canceled the order after ordering Domino's and it arriving within 30 minutes. Second worker I talked to didn't even apologize for the mishap or huge inconvenience. We've already shunned the Bowling Green pizza hut for these same shenanigans. Now Franklin is off the lost. If you don't have drivers, don't accept the orders. Would give zero stars if possible. Went here with my mom to dine and wasn’t even greeted or acknowledged when we walked in. Finally after waiting for 10 minutes at the podium to be seated and older lady walked out and rudely told us we could grab a menu and take a seat. This woman never came to the table to get our drink orders or to take our order. We ended up leaving after waiting for another 10 minutes for service. Wouldn’t recommend.
