I accidentally placed an order with this business on Slice and immediately realized that their location was an hour away from my location , immediately requested to cancel. They refused to cancel my order because it was “already prepared” within 3-5 minutes of my order going into the slice app. Not only that the person on the phone was very rude and did not like when I questioned their accuracy about order status. Immediately marked my order as fulfilled even tho I never picked it up. I am so disappointed in the lack of integrity this business has and I hope the BBB does their job and gets my money back. This place is amazing. I got the eggplant parm hot sub and it’s incredible. The owner is nice and takes the effort to talk kindly to everyone. I was really impressed. They bring in fresh wood for the brick oven often. This place is great, I will definitely go back. Best sandwich I’ve had in New Haven. One of the only places in the city to get food after midnight! I got a half and half brick oven special and the clam casino, the clam casino was better than any of the other places I tried in New Haven, definitely check out this place! We came with a big party from out of state and got a few different pizzas, my favorite was the brick special. We all left full and happy while the service was great and attentive. Everyone inside not just the staff was really nice and it was like we all shared a table. I would absolutely eat here again and keeping the brick oven in my saved list for when Im In the area again Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
