This is a new place in Hopkins and I really hope it will thrive. We had a very nice experience even though the restaurant just opened this week. The food was well presented and really tasty. The cocktails and the wine were great and the service was outstanding. We really enjoyed our time here and absolutely recommend this place. I recently had the pleasure of dining at this absolute gem in downtown Hopkins, and it exceeded all expectations. The food was outstanding, each dish so well thought out and prepared with care (it was so good, I apparently forgot to take pics). I particularly enjoyed the chilled beets, which had the perfect amount of sweetness and acidity to balance the earthiness of the beets. The chicken liver mousse and the chicken meatballs with shawarma cream sauce were also excellent. The service was fantastic. One would never guess they had only been open a few days, given the level of attention and knowledge shown by the staff. The owners were highly visible and made a point to visit with guests. I can't remember the last dining experience, during which I felt this welcomed. The wine list is small but well curated, and we were given spot on recommendations to pair with our dishes. I look forward to seeing how the cocktail program evolves and grows over time. As a resident of the neighborhood, I'm so excited to see Pink Ivy open so successfully. 11/10. Quite honestly one of THE BEST restaurant experiences of my life! From the service to the chef curated menu to the incredible drinks. This very affordable, impeccable restaurant is one the we will be frequenting! My wife and I had the Butter Lettuce Salad, the Chicken Bacon Meatballs in Shawarma cream sauce, the Beef and Brisket Ivy Burger with fries, some amazing wine accompaniments, and for dessert the Pineapple-Brown Butter Cake. Spiritual. Michael and Viorica Shaughnessy, the amazing owners, both thanked us and expressed their passion for the restaurant and appreciation for the patrons. Thank you! Wow. First official day open. This pic was taken before the doors were open but eventually the place was full! If you’re looking to tantalize your tastebuds this is the place. Pink Ivy has decadent food. Every dish was truly incredible. The vibes in Pink Ivy are so spot on. Would go there again in a heartbeat! The staff were wonderful. Popped in for Lunch on Grand Opening Day (3/5/24) and had the Ivy Burger with fries. Burger was so good, had me drooling, 😘 fries were fresh and hot, lightly seasoned. Cool vibes, unique dishes (grilled salmon / chicken bacon meatballs / Tuna Tataki and more) most items like sauces, desserts, etc, made from scratch, and will change seasonally. Very attentive and knowledgeable Service with wine pairing recommendations etc. 👏 They will have a bistro style patio ☀️ around May. They also have a limited Kids Menu.
