Just wonderful. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
The staff are very nice and helpful. Picking a wine or questions about a meal, they are well knowledgeable. We had a shared ribeye for dinner. It was perfectly cooked. We always order the fries for our appetizer, I recommend you try them. Excellent place for a date night or to celebrate a special occasion. The only drawback is noise if fully packed. LOVE this place!!! New favorite!! Absolutely delicious! It was our first time here, we will be back very soon and many more times thereafter! We ordered the hanger steak, Nantucket day boat scallops, pinch salad & pane carasou. Megan is a fantastic bartender! Paul and Emily have outdone themselves with this casual upscale experience in the heart of McMinnville. My husband and I are making this a regular spot to enjoy super fresh local ingredients, a warm atmosphere, and friendly service. Highly recommend to anyone visiting the valley. Make a reservation so you don’t miss out. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes Wagyu Steak with Fries

UPDATE ON PINCH: We went in for their special Sunday Family Dinner. It was outstanding, to say the least. Starting with an appetizer of olives, salumi and a little puff pastry. We added the foccacia with whipped ricotta. Absolutely order this crunchy piece of heaven whenever you come in. On to a salad of radicchio. I took a pass as I find this ingredient has a bitter backtaste. But my husband LOVED it. The pasta was cooked to a perfect aldente with a buttery sauce. Dipping the bread in the sauce made a heavenly combo. And then the braised pork. Those who remember Fred's Bistro would agree that I know my way around braised meats. And this was just about as perfect as it gets. All the right seasonings and cooked to perfection. Lastly, the mixologist there is beyond belief. Her martini was made as if the God's were guiding her. I believe there is 1 more Sunday Family Dinner. If you can get there you will be wonderfully treated with both staff and food. (I was so busy eating that I only captured the Pork dish). This place is amazing! The food is incredible! Don’t miss the fish or the pasta. We sat at the bar and LOVED the bartender! The warm almond cake might be the best dessert I have ever had - and I mean ever! A truly 5 star experience! Might be back tomorrow! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
The steak I had was pretty terrible. Gristle throughout and overdone (I ordered medium rare and got medium well). Pasta my wife had was totally underwhelming. Service was hit and miss. Some staff were very attentive, while others seemed to forget about you, despite us being seated in the middle tables. They've done a nice job with the interior. But we felt a little bit like we were in a fish bowl with the middle seating. This is a new place and we may try again after a few more months. Things can take time to work out. But unimpressed initially. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $50–100 Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4
My wife and I had reservations for a special occasion and were looking forward to a nice dinner. Well, the menu was okay, though limited. But we had read some good reviews. We ordered an assortment of olives for a starter and myself the braised chicken and her the bavette steak. Add in a nice whiskey and a glass of prosecco. Well, the olives came out quickly, but we waited a long time for the entrée. Ordered at 7:13PM and at the table at 8:20PM. My braised chicken was screaming hot, which is great. But her steak was literally room temperature, literally. I felt it with the back of a finger, and it was just nowhere near hot. Okay, mistakes happen. Although waiting over an hour for cold steak is a pretty big one. So we called over the staff and let them know. They promised to remake it. We waited until almost 8:50 for the replacement. An hour and a half after ordering. The owner was apologetic. We weren’t looking for a discount, or a dessert, or a drink while waiting. But something should have been offered. The tab was $113.00. Plus tip. Very bad experience and nothing done to try to make it a better one. No more chances from us. Sad. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $50–100 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
