I had the same bad experience with shower number 5 it was nasty. Didn't have any soap for a driver to use it was broken. My company has us fuel at pilot only and they're definitely a let down. It's like the thousands of dollars they bring in frome truck drivers it would be better. A hot shower is the highlight of my day after sitting and driving for hrs. I left a video. Hopefully someone will make thing better.

Just go there to park. I didn't shower, because if the restroom cleanliness was any indication of what the showers looked like, I would have been better off showering like a lot lizard in a puddle behind the trucks.

This gas station has a terrible shower with nowhere to hang your things and no renovations have been done in 20 years, and this gas station, like some in Nevada, does not automatically award points, you need to go to the cashier and ask for credit, be careful

Very bad service. Seems more employees walking around than actually working. Poor food choices. Showers were cold and poor towel choices. Shower rooms need to be renovated. Went to get coffee this morning and it was cold. Mentioned to an employee and was told that nothing could be done. Used to enjoy stopping here on my way in or out of California. Won’t make that choice again. Either stop in Barstow and in Vegas. Seems like a matter of time before this place closes.

Showers have no countertop to place toiletries and the fans in here look like they haven’t been dusted since the place opened. Do better

Way over priced 6$ for this bag of Fritos Why they over price because they know truckers need to eat. So they take advantage of that. Shame on pilot for taking advantage of truckers inside and outside the pumps

I wish I could share the photos if the most disgusting areas at the pump here for diesel. Its the worse I have ever seen. I am tripping over trash to get fuel.

This place is nasty.
Fueled and got a shower.
The bathroom was disgusting and filthy.
The people responsible for cleaning need to be properly trained.
Hasn't management examined these showers?
Everything need cleaning in this place.
It's a hazard.
Weeks of dirt and goo piled untop of dirt.
It felt like they're catering to a pack of rabid wild animals.
Treat us better.
We leave our safe and clean homes to keep north america moving. Not to get sick using filthy showers and bathrooms.

I love coming to this Pilot fuel station because it’s a truckers goldmine and nice to bring in the kids. It is surrounded by the California and Nevada state line. Also, it has lots of Rider products and other souvenirs to buy. Definitely bring the kids here. It’s like two levels above par of what a regular fuel station should be. There is electric vehicle fuel spots near by and tourist attractions just across the interstate.

This truck stop is garbage. Everything is wrong with this location from never having soap n water to clean windows to fuel spills not being cleaned up at fuel islands. The cashier's are rude as he** and the only food inside is same old subway and nasty Qdoba. If you get food from the store they don't have anything tasty, their chips are stale and their prices for everything are high. They do accept points but no promotions from the app. Just fuel and go.
