過往多次在澳門品嚐名店安德魯和瑪喜烈的葡撻, 感覺上是比此店稍勝一籌, 例如酥皮較香脆, 不過大慨也比較肥膩, 傅氏的葡撻酥皮沒那麼脆, 但也沒有那麽甜, 吃起來的罪惡感就沒那麼重, 而且這味道在 LA 來說也算是數一數二了。
